Faulty Screen

Respected Sir / Madam,

This is in regards to my nokia phone model 6500 Slider. I bought this phone on 06/11. This has a faulty display screen has there is a black spot in the screen which is said to be a physical damage by Nokia care center located at Pitampura (N. Delhi) opp metro pillar number 350.

Now this black spots keeps shifting from one place to the other with out leaving any mark at the previous place, which proves that its not a physical damage to the screen but it is a manufacturing defect by the company.

Manager at the nokia care center is least bothered to address any complaint from me this is why i had to approach Consumer Complaint Forum.

I hope i will be given full justice against this issue.
