SIM card rejected

Sir,

My Mobile Phone asked me to enter PUK code when I entered PIN code incorrectly 3 times. After I entered PUK code as "12345678", it asked me to enter the new PIN code. I entered it incorrectly again as the PIN code was not provided with the SIM card. Thus it diplays that "SIM card Rejected". How can I use the same SIM Card? Can I use it? Could you please send me the details.
