Defect Phone Being sold 7201C

Hi, I Brought a Nokia 7201C mobile on 31st Dec and it went off on 14th Jan. A run to Dealer or the Nokia Care does not help, as they are not issuing replacement and expect us to wait for the repair to happen.

Is this expected from Nokia and that too on a new mobile which is being used for less than a fortnight.
