Lost my mobile with post paid SIM

Sir,

I had lost my mobile phone along with the post paid SIM (Mob. No. 09415412587) on 05-01-09 and lodged a complaint in the nearby police station. Please block the functioning of the SIM so that I can get the same number with new SIM. The mobile SIM was originally registerd from the BSNL office of Jhansi UP.
