Hi,

i had bought a new nokia N72 model within 3months it say no net work coverage i had taken the mobile to nokia care center-They said would take 10 to 15 days –Then they dragged for another 5 days then finally they said they could not do anything asked me to speak to universal center. They had kept the mobile for another 10 days asked me to go the same center. I was shocked because they said we suspect that, i had given the mobile to a private center so they would not do anything and i had a proof so they accepted again after 15 days they could do anything and asked me to go to another center and those nokia people had said i do not see any online proof of your complain l so we would not support and they said we are not responsible for this .and for the past 3 moths I’m asking them for a justice no body is bothered... i had paid rs.8.500 and they had taken my time money and i had spent Rs 3000 to travel to their center... would raise agian and again and again...
