Disatisfaction and Mishandling of Handset!

I purchased my Nokia N81 mobile set with IMEI No. 356994017799416 and got a corrupt software error in the first week. Sent it to Nokia care through the dealer located in Karol Bagh at a Nokia care centre and the cell phone was with them for about 25 days. Got the cell today that is on 28-01 and cell phone was in a real bad shape with multiple scratches and tore marks. The work was done with utmost negligence and chaotic sense. The software installed in the phone has been updated and the text appearing is distrupted in view and I am getting a distorted view. Is this the usual way of dealing with customers? After purchasing such a handset fo not so modest value one expect to be treated atleast with some diligence which is not the case here. I am not one of those to get my hard earned money into the sewer. I am not the only one with such grievances there are many others over thousands complaints lodged here only and I am doubtful if mine will be heard. Otherwise I will be forced to drag the company to the court and I will be doing that with an oriented and logical approach.
