I brought 3600slide on 26 oct battery backup was not there i took to hal 3rd stage indiranagar nokiacare on nov 13 they up dated my phone and gave back but the same problem was there and i took back to nokiacare i told them after battery full indication shown in battery is (battery full save energy and remove socket) they told they will replace battery and after one mounth i got my battery the problem was same and i told them on dec 31 they told it is mobile problem and took my mobile on 27 jan 09 i got my mobile back i asked them what was tte problem they told it is hard ware problem it is rectifide but the problem is still there i called nokicare 30303838 they told me to give back to nokiacare and give the job sheet no they will take care i hope this time they will take care
