Multi-problems

Nokia 6300... the set hangs a lot & gets off and on automatically... the application provided by the nokia (i.e. tunes wallpapers, themes. etc) gets deleted, the phone gets formatted automatically... the contacts, reminders, messages automatically gets deleted... nokia care in my area could not also rectify it... plz help me...
