Burden from nokia

Hi Nokia,

this is srikantha from bangalore

on 19th january i have given my N73ME phone to your nokia customer care people in koramangala-Bangalore centre,

My job sheetno is 285343506/090119/128, and i was promised that withing 7-10 working days i will get my handset get ready,

But on 27th january. some lady had called me from the customer care and informed that on saturday i can get my handset, as, on that day still my phone was not available, so she asked me collect it on saturday 31st january.

But on friday 31/01 when i called them to confirm they are telling that they still not yet recieved that corrier from L3. is it my mistake...

so i tried to complaint to nokia helpline (PROCESS NO IS 2-3PXHAN), but they said like it will take maximum 15days to deliver the handset and she confirmed that on or before 1st feb i will get my handset. So can any concern person help me in getting my handest repaired within the promised date.

Also if i dont get my handset on 1st february... on 2nd feb i will register a complaint with CONSUMER FORUM.
