Battery substandard

I purchased a Nokia 1202 from Girias Investment (P) ltd 5AC, 422, II Block, HRBR Layout, Bangalore-560043 on December 28. The new battery BL-4C 0670386495540 P471110209173 which has come with the mobile is useless. Against the claim made by nokia that the standby time is 636 hrs and talktime is upto 9 hrs, the actual standby time is less than 48 hrs with talktime of 3-4 minutes. I have to charge the mobile every two days even if i do not use it for talking. Either the battery is a used one or a fake battery. Please make arrangements to replace the same with an original nokia battery. I have also written to brandsupport.nokia.com
