Dear Sir
I have use the yr phone instrument No. 6233 since last eight month. My Phone is underwarranty period. When I go for nokia customer care support I extramly sock the talk with the yr customer care excutive. He said my phone got the some technical problem so we paid the Rs.900/- and I asking the receipt for this chargesh. He explain me.my phone is got the some technical problem so we cannot give the bill. He tell me paid cash and service your phone. First of u can u explain me my Phone is under warranty why shold I pay for that?
If u have no take any action for the above matter with in 24 hours, I also go to consumer court.
I hope you will give me positive response for me and also reply me as soon as possible
