Software update, replace my battery

I have purchased nokia mobile . its model name is sricco 8800 . i have gone to nokia care centre to upgrade the software of my mobile . i have went to nokia care in sector 22 chd, sector 8 pkl and sector 35 chd also they are not doing it . they say they dont have wire . i have purchased these mobile of 42500 . from day one its battery is so poor . it last for only 4 to 5 hrs . its very bad . kindly consider the complaint and let me now from where i can upgrade my software .please replace my battery
