Defect with Nokia 5310 xpress music

Hi,

I have purchsed Nokia mobile 5310 xpress music. I think it has design defect. I am not able to set alarm at 1pm, i thought it could be 24 hr based then i checked with giving 24 but then it accepts 12 hr by default, and there is no option to convert AM to PM by which i could not able to put reminder or alarm after 12 AM.

Hope this defect will be rectified in coming versions.
