Deducting amount without informing

My Name is Afazal Rahamani. I am using CDMA relience Mobile at Location Sherghat Gaya Bihar. But I am continue facing Problem form your End. Everytime is cutting amount against charges a Song or Beauty tips Scheem. I am trying to complain through Customer care But Everytime is Customer care is busy or disconnecting Mibile. My whole Families is Using Relience Phone But suffering this type problem. I am Elder brother. I am alredy workig With Alcatel-Lucent all over india With Relience project.

This is not fare to deducting amount for different schem. Please remove sonag from My Mobile. My mobile no . is 9304429417.I am again humble request You please remove song from mobile and reimburse amount in mobile. Please Never Upload anything in future.
