Network recover problem in 6500S

Dear Sir,

I have purchased nokia 6500S from Jai Enterprises, Twin Tower, Hathwa Market, South Gandhi Maidan (Ph: 0612 3208212), Patna on 7/11 invoice no. 3533. Soon after the purchase, the handset got into problems. It failed to detect the existing networks around. After consultation with the customer service center, I sent the handset for replacement. Though I got the new one after 45 days of applying, the problem still lies with the handset. Once the handset leaves its network, it fails to retain the same. I have tried to check my SIM card in other handset as well. The SIM works well in all other handsets. So, I am pretty sure that the problem lies only with the particular handset. I do hold all the necessary documents. Hence, I request you to do the needful at the earliest.
