Nokia service centre not deliever my headset

Sir/madam, i purnenduchaubey from new delhi.i purchase a nokia n-70 music edition mobile from subhikcha shop pvr saket, new delhi-110017.but after 5 months my handsfree not working properly, and i submit this at nokia service centre E-3, kalkaji, new delhi and i have a submission receipt also, but they say you not submit handsfree at my shop, and they misbehaive with me.i want justice.please help me.
