Nokia care centre do not solving my problem

I have bought Nokia 2760 on June 2 of Previous year, and I faced a self switching off problem in October. I went to Nokia Care Centre, JALANDHAR. They checked out my problem and returned my cell after 25 days. But still I faced the same problem again 3 or more times. And at last they swapped my phone.
The swapped phone they gave is an old one. The Nokia Company provides a new cell phone but they provided me the old one. In swapped cell phone, a new problem is there-No battery backup is there. This problem was faced by me on the same day when I brought that cell phone to my home.
I told about this at Nokia care centre-JALANDHAR. But they told me that your cell phone is alright and you have problem of Battery. They changed my cell phone’s battery, but still the problem persists till now.
Then I went to Nokia Care centre-LUDHIANA. One of your employees told me that they had given me the used-old cell phone and the battery provided to me is not of new series.

The IMEI number after swapping is : 357662019825013
I also want to complaint against your employees which are working at Nokia Care centre-JALANDHAR,
for not providing me good and satisfying services and befooling me by postponing my requests.
