Hanging problem

Today 16th fab i went to nokia care centre at niit faridabad (simor solution) i am said to customer care executive my phone is hang he said ur keypaid is damage from liquid BUT there is no liquid in my phone

they making us fool he said u have been charged aprox 1000 rs, i said my phone is in gaurenty period nad my phone key paid is working good then why should u changing my phone keypaid there problem in other place, he said

yes i now but it will be charged
