Frustrated with nokia set same problem arising again and again

Nokia 6300 is the worst phone i have ever used. IMEI No of my phone is 352939026191687.not even 1 year from the date of purchase i have submitted my phone 3 times in the nokia care.i dont remember the job sheet no for the first servise but for the second and third time servicing jobsheet nos are 049343506/081123/5 and 102433527/090222/12.my warranty is about to expire by april.tell me what to do if this problem arise after warranty period.i bought this phone on 22/4/08 fom HOTSPOTS RETAILS PVT LTD, Shop No. G-47, Jaina Towers-II, District Centre, Janak puri.within 2-3 months from the date of purchase i started facing the problem of screen flickring with the set.so i get my set submitted in nokia care.the problem get resolved and in 2-3 months again the same problem arise with the set.then on 22nd nov i submitted my set at Sushil telecom, Rohini against the Job Sheet No.049343506/081123/5.this time history repeats itself and the display starts flicking again. On 22nd of feb 09 i again submitted my cell at Sushil Telecom for the same problem against Job sheet no 102433527/090222/12.

This is a complete faulty set.this time i either need the replacement of the set so that ill be out of this faulty set and the problem i am facing with it or the extended warranty of the set so that if the same problem arise in few months i can get it serviced. Need the help by either extending the warranty period or replacement of the set
