Mishandling of mobile and bad after sella services

With due respect,

i have given my nokia 5200 mobile phone which was under guarantee for repair in nokia care of shakarpur-110092 delhi. and i have given to repair for my voice clarity problem and after a month of their repairing work they have send me my cell with a damaged camera (which was functioning properly earlier) and now they are not accepting their fault and are not repairing it or taking any further positive action to make my cell function properly
