Service issue

I had purchased a nokia mobile Model: 5700, i had some problems with that mobile as it happened with in the warranty period, i gave the mobile to service centre on 11 dec but still when i enquire i get the answer come after 15 days, if i check in job sheet status its showing problem solved.
