Refund of Prince 2 fees pending for 4 months

I had paid the whole amount for Prince 2 training and certification in bangalore to Adept technologies on 12/06 and 16/06. They cancelled the training without any communication to me as their coordinator / centre manager resigned they were not even aware that i had enrolled for any such course. When i got in touch with them for the next scheduled batch they were not sure for bangalore but they mentioned that they are arranging one in Chennai which i agreed to attend but they did not inform me till last minute on friday night that the training has been cancelled. I have asked for a refund and they are not cooperating with me for last 3 months. I am going ahead and filing an FIR for cheat and fraud case against them. Now i am i had asked them to refund my amount with current date they want to issue two cheques which are post dated for next month 29/10 whihc is not acceptable as i owe the same amount to some one. Also they are sending me cheques with 4000 less amount. Need a resolution before 11/10. Can you help.
