Very poor service

I purchased a nokia n-82 on 5th oct . on 13 march i went to nokia care . i told them my problem. The problem was display gets opposite and theme automaticall change. When i gave them it was in a working condition. After 10 daye i went their to get my phone back they said that this phone is warrenty void. I said ok. I switched on the phone but it dosent't on I asked them. They said charge it at home for two three hours and it will work in that condition i left to them (display gets opposit) I charged it but it dosen't work I went their again. They again kept it and said it will go to company. Again same thing happens i want to ask you why didn't i get the phone bach in that same condition (display gets opposite) ok i agree that this phone has come in warrenty void but it should work as same as i had given them on 13th march And now they are saying that we have given you in a working condition. I live in MEERUT .nokia care center name is NEXTEL and i am going to put the case on you in consumer forum
