Not retuning my phone

Dear Sir,

i gave my nokia 6300 repair in BELLARY (KARNAYAKA-583104) NOKIA CARE CENTER as was not responding, power lock, auto re-starting .when again i went after week take it, again they asked me to come after few days..

its been more that 2 months cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 9times, ...i ha fed up going there still they are telling that your phone is in bangalore we will bring shortly... but i had given my cell phone on 07/1/09... still they not intersted in returning my phone so plz help me sir

problems wit my phone was

1) power lock up

2) not responding

Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair (it was not starting).

i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair (itwas not starting) i had to go there 9 imes, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.
