Phone rebbooting automaticaly

I purchased nokia E63 last month, its memory capacity is 8gb but i m not using even 512 mb of memory, even then my phine gets hanged, it restarts automaticaly. i have tried to get in touch with customer care but no response, could u please help me what to do?
