Replacement of Nokia 5800 Xpress Music

I have purchased a Nokia 5800 Xpress Music Handset, which had a problem pertaining the hands free device jack. Due to this i had demanded for a replacement as i had purchased it on 15-02 and returned it within the same week. I was assured that i will be given a replacement after the problem is identified. But since then its 40 days i have not received a replacement nor the handset that i had purchased.

Kindly help me resolve this issue and obtain a replacement of my handset.
