Key Pad Not Working & volume key problem

Dear Sir,

I purchased the Nokia Handset Model 7310 having serial No.353550027926374 & my sim card no.is 09421478316.from M/s. Halla Gulla, Nanded.

When I went to register my Complaint to Nokia Customer Care, Shivaji nagar, Nanded for the handset problem of keypad not working & Volume key not working. He told me that deposite this hand set with them for one month, they will send this hand set to company it requires one month for repair. But it is not possible for me to deposite this hand set for one month also I told them that please register my complaint & after receipt of spares I will bring my hand set & then repair, but they are not agree.

So please give me solution other wise I will go to Grahak Manch.
