Delay in repairing

I have bought Nokia 3610 Nov. Due to some reason the phone was locked, I took my cell to P-39, Princep Street, Kol-700072 Nokia care centre on 30.01.2009 and it is within warranty period. They told me that it will take 45 minutes to repair but due to some software installation problem they told me to collect after 15 days but now, its 2 months and 11 days past every time they told me that they have sent it Head office and also they are harassing with wrong information about my set.
