I have purchased Nokia 3500c, i faced the problem of automatuic swict off and when charging cell phone becomes hot. i tried to remove battery and place it again. after that i cell phone completely dead. i submitted cell phone to Nokia Care, they mentioned because of a pin broken, its switching on. they can find reason for automatic switch off only after replacing pin. They charged me 500 as it is physicle damage. After replacing pin they mentioned, there was short circuit happened in mother board. because of this cell phone not getting network. They informed me it will cost Rs. 2000. I have waranty with me. they are agreeing to accept that. And one more thing i never faced the problem of network before.
