Faulty handsets

Dear sir i m seemant nahata i have a nokia 5310 xpress music phone .i purchased that phone in march or maybe april last year since that very own day i started having problem with that handset. i 1st gave it to nokia care in kolkata around april or may last year which i got back after a month . again i had a problem n i gav that to nokia care in august n i got back my handset in september end . again to my hell phone stopped working in october itself within 5 days . as again i gav it to nokia care i again a got this phone back november .now after working for 4-5 months more again it is showing problem n maybe now i hav to go to nokia care what should i do with that phone?
