Non-replacement of original body

Dear sir,
I want to bring to your notice the problem I am suffering because of your Nokia personnels and their careless attitude towards their customers. My cell model is Nokia 6500 slide and it got problem in switching on once switched off, so I took it to the customer care in sector-3 Noida, My cell got o.k., but the personnels over there changed half of its body with different colour of the same model, which is very irritating, so i asked them to put the original body. And from that day, its been 2 months, my cell is lying over there and not yet replaced. I am visiting that care centre, almost everyday and getting a new extended date with every visit.
I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and solve my problem created by your personnels only. Their careless attitude towards the problem created by themselves is ridiculous. We choose Nokia among all other brands with lot of trust, so please don't prove us wrong and ask your customer care executives to serve their customers better.
Hope you will be going through my problem and I'll be getting my cell soon.
