When I get my phone back

I have already submitted my cell phone to nokia customer care of S.F. Road Office on 14/03/09. but till today I don't get my phone back. My phone belongs to Express Music 5310 category. Some times it need to be restart & sometimes the display becomes whitish & most of the time calls are cut after making a sound.
