Delay in servicing mobile

Hello Sir,

My self Prakash Sherawat from Jaipur. Few Months Ago I bought a Nokia6110 mobile from Jaipur. but after 6 months I started facing some problems with my mobile, so i gave it to Service center the job sheet no. is 108433527/090402/5. after few days i received a new phone in place of my old phone. with in 5 days The phone stopped working properly, so then on 2 April I send the phone back to Service Center after that they told me that you will get your phone back with in a week and now when ever i use to go to there for my phone they tell me to come next week again. Its almost going to be a month. When i call on customer care they told me that i will get my cell with in 5 day and they gave a Complaint no that is 2-3XIPD9. but still i am waiting for my cell.

I think this is a serious matter. I want my phone with in next 3 days else I will go to consumer Court and I will fire a case against Nokia Company for Harassing me because due to the lack of phone i am facing so many problems in my life. If you are unable to give me my phone pay me the amount of my phone so that i can buy any other phone for me.

I want reply with in next 2 days.
