Faulty mobile & no customer service

I have purchase the mobile In Jan Still is with nokia care. I dont know are they sending mobile to nokia company or not because exactly after 15 day mobile came at nokia care. i asked them about replacement but nokia care is not supporting, they said that only internal parts will changed.

this is not World calss company.

I can provide the all required detail bills, job sheet no. if required. I think my 20000 is almost not worth,
