Attery problem

I purchased my set on 21 NOV model 3600-Slide from Govind Enterprises S.R.E . After some time i found that my battery is not working properly. I went to your service centre RAJA TRACER UG 24-25 PARSVNATH PLAZA, COURT ROAD SAHARANPUR. On 13/4/09 they receive the battery and gave me a job sheet NO. 157433527/090413/28 . On the job sheet target delivery date was 28/4/09 .This time was to much but they told me that it will take maximum 15 days. When i went on 28/4 batery was not available and he said that it will take one week more. Now today i go to service center they told me that battery is out of stok in the company.

Now i request you if the battery is not in your stock under guarranty kindly change my set OR refund my money.
