PHONE NOT RETURNED from NOKIA CARE

Phone taken for servicing, prob not solved, no clear date for despatch

im a nokia customer from bangalore.

i own a nokia 5610d-1 xpress music phone (IMEI 358652018969804) since 10 months

and since i got a prob in display i had submitted the phone for repair on 4th april

(JOB SHEET NO. 514465550/090404/81 submitted at BRIGHT CAREE at sampige road, malleswaram managed by Mr. NAGENDRA)

and its exactly 1 month and they say since the model is not manufactured anymore it is difficult for them to replace component.

and more over it is under warranty period and its NOT a physical damage but a defect in the component itself.

please advice on what action i can take further as they are just giving me excuses and postponing the date.

and in 2 months the product will be out of warranty period and im afraid they will wash their hands off.

and can i claim a new phone of equivalent features from them if they fail to replace the component?

and is this just an online forum and am i actually lodging a formal complaint now.

please advice.
