Replacement of cell

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a Nokia handset Model no. 5610 xpress Music Edition 6-7 months ago. Since then it has frequent problems of hanging, failure of features like reminders...

it even doesn't have the basic functionality of showing call timing during a ongoing call. It's so annoying. Now it has finally stopped working.

i have given it to NOKIA CARE (F.C Road, PUNE) and they have sent it to you ppl for replacement.

DO REPLACE IT ASAP.you people even doesn't provide any extra cell when u take our cell. This is ridiculous.

I WANT MY REPLACED CELL ASAP WITH ALL THE THINGS ALRIGHT IN IT I.E. NO HANGING AND STUFF OR GIVE ME SOME OTHER SET WITH SAME FEATURES WITH A NEW WARRANTY. I am really pissed of with your speculative, defective product delivery.

DO NOT DRAG ME TO KNOCK TO CONSUMER COURT.Kindly do the needful.
