Problem in Handset - Poor Post Service Quality

I purchased a new Nokia N70 Music Edition on 10th april. Within 1 year of purchase I had faced many a times problem of Hanging, Auto On Off, Memory Card Problem, due to which I submitted it on the authorised Nokia Care Centre 6 times in warranty period (1 yr). Can u believe it 6 times… Every time the problem was same. Even my handset had been sent to Nokia Head Offfice in Gurgaon. But still the problem is same. Last time I deposited my Handset to Nokia Care Centre at Jaipur on 08/04. they assured me that this time the problem will be solved at any cost. But again I was under wrong impression. My problem is the same till now. And now my Handset Warranty has expired.

Sir, Purchasing a Handset worth Rs. 10000/- & get it repaired 6 times in a year. This is not at all bearable. So I request you tell me how can I solve this problem. I want that my handset should be replaced. Even I had written many emails in regard to my problem but the company failed to solve my problem.infact even they are not replying my emails. even now i have asked them to solve the issue anyhow.

please guide me that can anything be done in this regard. can i take this matter to consumer court & sue the company. this is not acceptable.such a poor after sales service from a company of such repute is not acceptable at all.

please help me your guidance will be my last hope. m really looking upto your help.
