N91-8GB unable to get repaired under warranty

Team,

kindly let me know how to file a complaint against NO, I have been trying to get my cell repaired since November which I bought in the month of March and submitted it 4 times in Nokia care Noida during the warranty period still the are unable to provide me with the proper solution for my complaint registered with them and when the warranty is over what should I do kindly guide.

I have been sending regular mail to ask nokia but negative response has been given from them.

looking forward for a positive and a prompt response from your end.
