No Repect of Warranty

Nokia Handset model E 51 (under warranty till 18th June) was given to La Plume, Thane on date 21st Mar’09 whereby it was mentioned by an executive of La Plume that the IC of the phone E 51 needs to be replaced.

Post receiving the Job Sheet, I was told that La Plume, Thane will revert to me in 15 days time but the said service centre never got back to me and finally when I contacted them on 20th Apr’09, I was told that Nokia Company has replaced the cell as the complain in the original old cell cannot be rectified.

In lieu of the old cell I was offered a replacement of my phone with another set (with change outer body) with 1 month warranty & that too without any packaging, In fact it was wrapped in a paper. La Plume refused to handover a new set to me also denied giving me the proof that the set being offered was a new one.
