Complaint regarding irresponsible behaviour of NOKIA CARE CENTRE

Hi.. this is pranav rai... i am from lucknow... i purchased my NOKIA N95 8GB in march last year... so according to this my handset is not in warranty period... in starting of this month (may), i faced a problem of some sort of virus... due to which all my phone data got corrupted & then further got deleted from my phone's mass memory... also my camera button stopped working... hence i went to nokia care centre at lucknow and conveyed them my problem... they replied that "sir your camera button has to be replaced as it has some technical error" and asked me to take my phone when they will calll me... after a week i revisited care centre and enquired about my phone but it was not repaired as they did not have that required part... week passed but they gave me no calls, no info about my phone..now after 20 days they called me up and asked me to take my phone unrepaired as they are not getting that phone's part... now what the heck is this... who will take this phone's responsibility..??? it's not in the warranty period that doesn't mean that company is not responsible for it... also its one of the latest model...!!

This will not do at all and i'm not going to take this any further... suggest me any possible way to solve my problem..
