Handset not working

I have been using nokia 5300 cell phone, serial no 353095021310688.i got this phone repaired 5 times but the outcome is not atall satisfactory.my phone re starts/re boots, poor outgoing audio quality, disturbance while talkingand power switch found broken.i went to nokia care named net dot solutions at hari nagar new delhi, inplace of listning my complaint they

1) advised me to change my idea sim as according to them it has a poor network

2) they said to me that due to dust the problem is continued

3) when i asked for the job sheet they said they don't have bt latter i got it

4) there behaviour was as if they are the customer and i waited there for exactaly 2 and half hours.

5) everytime i gave my cell to them they just uploaded the software and gave it back.

if nokia can't effort resolving the problems i think they should stop selling the cell phones

*it have been 11 months and my nokia 5300 got repaired 5 times.

resolve my problem or i will be bound to file a complain against nokia and net dot solutions.
