Very bad service of Nokia care

I have given my nokia 3600 for repair which is in warranty in nokia Care, BTM, Bangalore.

I dont understand why they are taking more than 25 days.

The time given for me in my job sheet is 15 days, but its been 23 days and still they are not sure when the mobile wll be given back to me.

I am very disappointed about the service.

please let me know how much exact date when can I collect my mobile.
