Eplacement of handset

I have purchesed a cell phone Nokia 5130 Xpress Music from a Nokia Authorised Dealer MOBILE at prime mall, irla, Vile Parle (W) Mumbai - 400056. On 22nd March I have a problem of headset connected then phone hang and phone disconnected, no outgoing with headset from third day of my purches. i have given my cell phone to Nokia Care for six time for the same problem but the problem is not yet solve, when i went again to give my cell to them they hevnt took my phone. they replyed my what you want to do can do we dont care. i am in a very big problem please help me out.
