NOKIA Care has damaged my phone

Hi,

I owns a nokia E-51 which I purchased in Oct. Within 8 months I had to give this cell phone to Service Center 4 times for Software and vibrator issue.

Yesterday I went to collect my NOKIA E-51 and when I received the phone I found the panel of the Camera is broken. They had already kept the phone with them for more than 10 days and again kept the phone for 7 working days.

I have complained about this on Customer Care but could not get any firm response. I have already taken the huge amount of toll of submitting and collecting the phone. I have not purchased this phone for giving it to Repair Center all the time. Since last 15 days I don't have my phone.

I want someone to take strict action against NOKIA. Is anybody aware of Consumer Court process I am thinking of going in consumer Court against NOKIA.
