I have purchased a nokia mobile phone model 5300 IMEI number 355550014 071034 on 19 July. With in a week after purchased the phone developed a snag and got hanged.the phone was deposited to your service centre M/S Om Ujala communication located at Sec-5, Dwarka on 29 July vide Job street no 369434038/0707291.The mobile was repaired and given back to me on 09 aug but with the problem still peristsed .the mobile was again given back same problem again back same day for repair/swap vide Job sheet no-369434038/0708096 on 09 aug. I recived the mobile back on 21 aug after 12 days, to my surprise the problem was remain unresolved and the phone never looked the same, as its screen was full of scratches, which shows the level of competency of workmanship and care being taken at your care centres.
