Abt warranty claim

RESPECTED SIRS,

I have purchased my nokia phone 5200 dated 7/04from Kolphapur and due to problem in it I send it to the ASC PSK MOBILINKS at kolhapur on 14/04 for ringing tone issue job sheet no is 054434038/070414/46 and again on 28/05 for poor incoming audio quality job sheet no is 054434038/070528/41 they kept the phone around 15 dayswith them.

Now i shifted to Mumbai and again my phone is giving lots of trouble to my i went ASC BRIGHT POINT at Lower Parel on 10/10 and they are saying your LCD is Duplicate. As i did't repaire my phone to any other shops except ASC how my LCD was changed?

so i request you to plz do the necessary action as early as possible otherwise i have to take the further action.
