Not giving the proper response

i have given a mobile, model 6110 to the nokia customer care center on 21/may and still the mobile is with the company, the employees out there are not giving me the confermation about my mobile. they are not giving me the conferm date on which they will give me my mobile back. i went there for more than 5 times but they are not telling me on what date they will give me my mobile. the mobile is still under process as it is told to me by the nokia employee. they are even not telling me that my mobile will be correctly working after theri treatment or not. i request you to please help me on this matter.
