Problem in gprs setting

I have a post paid connetion of BSNL having No. 9419033494. my set no is of NOKIA model no. 5130c-2 . I am facing problem in GPRS setting. I have sent SMS for GPRS setting but response is that their is some error. How can i connect my set to GPRS ..Please respond quickly...
