They Are Not Reparing My Mobile free in Warrenty Period

Hello! My Name Is Dinesh Chandwani. I Buy Nokia N-73 From Bijaingar (Ajmer) On The Date 12/Aug/08. But Now From Few Days There Is A Problem In My Joystick..SO I Get It To the Nokia Care, Jaipur With My Bill... at 10/July/09 (The Address is: Nokia Care, Near Sanjeeveni Hospital, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur..)

But They Said Me That We Want Distributer Bill also. Because They Waana To Check The That Date, When The Shopkeeper (From I Purchased) Has Purchased The Phone From Distributer.. But Why

?

They Have to give me 1 Year Warrenty. Today Is Only 10.. My Last Date is 11 th Aug..

so Why Is it . plz help me quickly .. I Waana To Repair it in Warrenty ..
